Dog Training
Not all puppies and dogs have the same needs and challenges when it comes to training. That's why our small group and private lessons are so ideal – our group courses never have more than 5 dogs in them so you and your pet get the individualized attention that you need and deserve. Our private lessons are one-on-one training sessions centered around exactly what you want to learn with your pet, which means that you get to pick the curriculum. With both group and private lessons, just let us know what you want you and your pet to learn and we'll listen.

We are committed to helping you learn to communicate more effectively with your pet, learn to deal with and overcome any behavioral issues that your pet may have, and learn to perform general obedience training with your dog. With City Pet Supply's dog training program you have the opportunity to choose from either group training or individualized personal training sessions.

Puppy Training Classes
This course meets once per week for 4 weeks at our store and teaches the basics on puppy care, housebreaking, obedience training, and more. Your puppy will also get socialized to other puppies and people in a new environment, which is very important at early ages. This course is ideal for puppies new to the home who are between the ages of 9 to 20 weeks old. Your puppy will learn important socializations skills by getting acquainted with other puppies and people in a new environment............... $75

Level One Obedience Group Lessons
This course meets once per week for 6 weeks at our store and focuses on the basics such as sit, down, stay, come, and walking on a leash. This course is ideal for puppies 16 weeks or older or for adult dogs that have not completed any former training. This course gives your pet the opportunity to learn to obey you even with the distractions of a new environment as well as other dogs and people in the room. We also give you the opportunity to bring up any other subjects that you would like to learn, including tips on potty training, chewing problems, excessive barking, and learning how to train your pet to do beginner level tricks............... $110

Level Two Obedience Group Lessons
This course meets once per week for 6 weeks at our store and focuses on more advanced obedience functions such as off leash work, hand signals, leave-it, obeying with added distractions, and tricks. This course is ideal for dogs who know basic obedience functions and are ready to fine-tune those skills as well as learn new ones. As with our level one course, you have the opportunity to tell us what you want to get out of the class and bring up any areas that you would like to focus on............... $110

Private Training Lessons
Our Private training lessons give you and your pet one-on-one training on whatever subjects you would like to focus on. You tell us what you would like to learn and we will deliver. Lessons can be held at City Pet Supply, your home, or other locations such as parks.
